Massage at your special event is a wonderful feature. Its fun, exciting and helps your guests feel relaxed and special. Body Tune Health management can help cater your corporate or casual event of all types and sizes. Whether its a festival, birthday party, sporting event, or a wedding we can help your guests feel welcome, relaxed and create a positive ambience.
Body Tune Health Management provides services for all occasions including:
• Festivals, Expos and charity events
• Team building or wellness days
• Open days or grand openings
• Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, bridal
• parties or ladies nights
• Sporting events or fun run.
Body Tune can set up their equipment in a small space. Usually an area of 2m x 2m is perfect, per therapist. However, if the event is outdoors, a small sized marquee is enough depending on the size of your event (usually a 3mx3m marquee is more than enough).
Body Tune brings:
• Massage Therapists (more than one if needed)
• Massage chair and/or table
• Massage materials (towels, oils etc.)
• A-frame signage
• Small speaker system with relaxation music (if needed)
• Small advertisement table
All you need to do is provide the space and Body Tune does the rest.
The most common packages are the following:
-You can pay Body Tune to come out to your festival at a rate of $70 per hour (minimum 2 hour booking)
-Your festival can make a profit by setting up a price list to charge your guests for massage (example below). Alternately, the massage can be a free service for your guests depending on the type of festival.
-Body Tune can come out to your festival free of charge. However, a standard price list will be effective on the day charging your guests price for services.
-Your organisation may then add a charge to Body Tunes standard pricelist so then both parties can profit.
The Body Tune standard price list is as follows:
• 5 min massage = $8 (Head and Neck)
• 10 min massage = $15 (Head, Neck and Shoulders)
• 15 min massage = $20 (Head, Neck Shoulders, and Upper Back)
• 20 min massage = $25 (Head, Neck, Shoulders and full back)
The following is an example of what you may charge the following:
• 5 min massage = $10 (Profiting: $2)
• 10 min massage = $18 (Profiting: $3)
• 15 min massage = $25 (Profiting: $5)
• 20 min massage = $30 (Profiting: $5)
